Every person has the ability to make choices that can change their future no matter what the past has been. I believe we as people are designed to heal. I help people heal through a variety of therapeutic styles including EMDR, CBT, DBT, Play Therapy, Sand Tray Therapy, Expressive Arts Therapy and trauma focused practices. My goal is a more holistic approach to mental health treatment which includes connecting the spirit, mind, and body in the healing process.
